Every item is printed on demand, just for you. Here's what to expect:
- Production: 2–5 business days to print and quality-check your order
- US shipping: 3–8 business days after production
- Tracking: emailed as soon as your order ships
Most orders arrive within 7–12 days of purchase. During holiday season, order by early December to arrive in time for Christmas.
Returns & Replacements
Because each item is made to order, we handle things a little differently than big-box stores:
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item? We'll replace it free or refund you in full. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number — that's all we need.
- Sizing: made-to-order items can't be exchanged for a different size, so please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If something's truly off, reach out — we're a small local shop and we'll always try to make it right.
